Rylee Francis began her dance journey at IN.MOTION Dance School when she was 6 years old, with training in Ballet, Jazz, Acro, Contemporary, Lyrical, Tap, and Hip Hop.

Since the age of 12, Rylee has been working as an assistant at IN.MOTION, joining Junior Staff just a couple years later.

Rylee has taken classes from numerous established and award winning choreographers such as Mandy Moore, Martha Nichols, Tyce Diorio, Travis Wall, Al Blackstone, Andrew Winghart, and The Seaweed Sisters, to name a few.

This past summer, Rylee attended the Chuthis experience workshop by Peter Chu, where she learned repertoire from The Julliard School taught by Alumni, Miriam Gittens and Peter Chu. Rylee also learned Crystal Pite repertoire taught by Rakeem Hardy, a member of the company Kidd Pivot, at Rutherford Movement Exchange.

Rylee has successfully completed Cecchetti and RAD Ballet Exams under the training of Nadine Gibney, and Caralee Buchwald. Rylee has won several awards over the years including Highest Scoring Solos, Highest score in Jazz, Contemporary, Acro/Open, and Highest Score in the Division.

Rylee continues to train at IN.MOTION Dance School alongside teaching. She is very passionate about the arts and cannot wait to share her love of dance with the next generation of students. Rylee is looking forward to watching these young artists find their love for dance!
